Independent service

FlyPort Travel Agency is a third-party service provider, not an airline. Airline tickets and services remain subject to the carrier's rules, availability and conditions.

Fees and authorization

The stated standard new-booking service fee is $30–$50 per ticket upon successful reservation and ticket issuance. Airfare, taxes, baggage fees and applicable carrier charges are separate. Additional change or cancellation service charges, if any, must be quoted before authorization.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and refunds depend on carrier rules, fare conditions and applicable law. No particular outcome is guaranteed. Any agency fee refund or adjustment must be explained in writing before a customer authorizes the transaction.

Customer consent

Customers should receive and approve an itemized total and the applicable terms before payment or ticket issuance.
